Global Priority Mail - If you want your order shipped to somewhere outside the US and want it sent by the US Postal Service you must choose Global Priority Mail. Please note - International orders placed with the wrong shipping method will result in additional shipping costs being applied to your order.
FedEx International Priority - If you want your order to be sent by FedEx, the actual shipping cost will apply. FedEx shipments to destinations outside the US are delivered in 1, 2 or 3 days. You can request a quote from us for shipping.

* Delivery confirmation allows you, the customer, and us to see when your shipment was accepted by the US Postal Service for delivery and when it was delivered to your residence or business. We normally DO NOT send our shipments with signature required. Signature confirmation would cause delays with most shipments and frustrate our customers. We would only include signature confirmation if it is specifically requested on the order. We can not be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen from the recipients residence.

Gold rings are not returnable except for manufacturer defects. Exchanges may be subject to a restock fee of up to 25%.
We take great care in storing, handling, packaging and shiping our products. After jewelry is returned to us it must be inspected, cleaned, polished and only then, if found to be in NEW condition, it is wrapped to be added back to stock. Ordering several items with the intention of returning some or most of the items costs our company a considerable amount of time and money. (Example: A customer intends to buy 1 pendant but orders 6 pendants with the intention of choosing one and returning the rest.) Items returned for any reason other than customer dissatisfaction will be subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee.
